• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Input harmful or malicious content

You are responsible for how you use the generated output.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate.

Tavly does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any generated content. You should review and verify all outputs before using them in real-world communication.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Creem)
• Billing is recurring unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page
• Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing period
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavly is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Business decisions made based on generated outputs
